On Friday 8/8/25, Tomlinson Racing had a very enjoyable morning visiting Reuben’s Retreat, at the lodge on Park crescent, Glossop Derbyshire.

Reubens retreat are an amazing charity which supports families who have suffered the loss of a child, or have a child living with medical complexities.  We had a tour of the building, and were shown every purposely built room. From a swimming pool, to sensory therapy room. The thought that has gone into creating each individual room, is breath taking!

Tomlinson Racing have donated several race days, which gives exclusive entry into the parade ring, where people get chance to meet the jockey, and get up close to the horse that’s running.

Due to these donations, we are very proud to have raised an outstanding £1900! A fantastic figure, which will go towards helping such a very worthy cause. Each and every one of the warm and friendly staff and volunteers, make this retreat, a truly very homely and welcoming special place!
